Windowtec was established in April 2010 as one of the first 10 exclusive Luxaflex® Gallery’s in South Africa. In October 2005, Windowtec was bought over by one of the employees whom were part of the team from the establishment of the business and subsequently renamed it Windowtec Awnings & Blinds cc. Windowtec Awnings & Blinds cc is a retailer of interior blinds, exterior blinds, shutters, fabric awnings and aluminium awnings.
